Roles and Responsibilities Manage corporate salary accounts, ensuring timely payment processing and reconciliation. Identify new business opportunities through corporate selling strategies to acquire new clients. Develop strong relationships with existing clients to increase revenue growth and retention rates. Collaborate with internal teams to resolve customer queries and issues related to salary account management. Analyze market trends and competitor activity to stay ahead in the industry. Desired Candidate Profile 3-8 years of experience in banking or financial services, preferably in a similar role (corporate salary account management). Strong understanding of corporate selling principles and practices. Excellent communication skills for effective relationship-building with clients.
