Job Description

As an Insurance Sales Executive, your primary responsibility will be to generate sales through assigned Bank Branches. You will be required to coordinate between the Bank and the company, from lead generation to policy conversion. Your role will involve following up with the Operations team of Banks, building mutually beneficial relationships with Banks, and assisting in the acquisition of clients. Additionally, you will be responsible for gathering and analyzing customer requirements to pitch products effectively. Handling objections and grievances and providing timely solutions will also be part of your duties. You will also play a key role in guiding and mentoring new team members, ensuring they meet the required deliverables and uphold company values. Qualifications Required: - Previous experience in insurance sales or a similar field - Strong communication and interpersonal skills - Ability to work effectively in a team - Proven track record of meeting sales targets Company Benefits: - Cell phone reimbursement - Health insurance - Provident Fund This is a full-time position with a day shift schedule.
