Key Roles:
? Generate Revenue by getting business from leads generated through assigned 4-5 Bank.
? Cascade the incentive programs to Banks Staff
? Responsible for sales completion by facilitating completion of medical reports & ensuring prompt issue of policy document
? Develop new markets/ segments in line with company sales strategy from time to time.
? Build a good customer base in order to cross-sell & up-sell.
? Build long term relationship with the bank staff.
Eligibility Qualifications:
? Age between 21 30 yrs
? Graduation / Post Graduation
? 1 Year plus Sales Experience
? Good Communication Skills.
? Should be good at creating and maintaining Relationships.
? Unstoppable & Unshakeable Attitude
? High on Honesty and Integrity
? Ready to Stretch and Achieve. Ready to travel
