Position Title: RM/BSM CTC: RM- 2.4-3.5 LPA Exp: 1+ Year Location : Delhi (Dwarka) Working Mode: Onsite (Field sale) Primary Skill: Home Loans/LAP, Communication skills, Good Excel knowledge, Basic Knowledge of Ms -Office Qualification: Any Graduate(B.A, B.com) Primary Skills: Experience in Home Loans / Loan Against Property (LAP) Strong communication and interpersonal skills Basic MS Office proficiency (Excel, Word, etc.) Ability to work independently in a field sales environment Roles and Responsibilities: For Relationship Manager (RM) : Coordinate with BSM to source quality loan files and ensure smooth processing. Ensure full compliance with internal policies, procedures, and applicable laws and regulations. Develop and maintain strong relationships with connectors, builders, and customers to drive business growth. Execute local marketing initiatives and promotional campaigns to generate high-quality leads. Maintain accurate records of leads, client interactions, and follow-ups. Show more Show less
