Job Title: Relationship Manager – Loans (1–2 Years Experience)

Job Summary

We are looking for a proactive and customer-focused Relationship Manager to handle loan products and manage customer relationships. The candidate will be responsible for generating leads, assessing customer needs, coordinating loan processing, and ensuring successful disbursement.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and source potential customers for Personal Loans, Business Loans, Home Loans, and Mortgage Loans
• Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable loan products
• Manage end-to-end customer relationship from initial contact to loan disbursement
• Follow up on leads generated through marketing activities, references, and field visits
• Coordinate with internal teams (credit, operations, verification) for loan approvals
• Maintain proper documentation and ensure compliance with company policies
• Achieve monthly sales targets and contribute to business growth
• Build strong rapport with customers to ensure repeat business and referrals
• Handle customer queries and provide timely resolution

Skills & Competencies

• Strong communication & interpersonal skills
• Good understanding of retail lending products
• Ability to build and maintain customer relationships
• Basic knowledge of loan documentation & eligibility criteria
• Target-driven and self-motivated attitude
• Basic computer skills (MS Excel, CRM tools, etc.)

Qualifications

• Graduation in any field
• 1–2 years of experience in loan sales (mandatory)
