We are looking for a skilled Relationship Manager to join our team at Equitas Small Finance Bank Ltd. The ideal candidate will have 5 years of experience in the BFSI industry and a strong background in managing relationships with clients. Roles and Responsibility Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to increase business growth. Identify new business opportunities and expand the client base. Provide excellent customer service and ensure client satisfaction. Collaborate with internal teams to achieve sales targets and improve overall performance. Analyze market trends and competitor activity to stay ahead in the industry. Build and maintain a strong network of contacts within the community. Job Requirements Minimum 5 years of experience in relationship management or a related field. Strong knowledge of the BFSI industry and its regulations. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet sales targets. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Experience working with small finance banks or similar institutions is an advantage.
