We are looking for a skilled Relationship Manager to join our team at Equitas Small Finance Bank Ltd. The ideal candidate will have 2-6 years of experience in the BFSI industry, preferably with a background in sales and relationship management. Roles and Responsibility Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to increase business growth. Identify new business opportunities and expand the client base through effective sales strategies. Provide excellent customer service and support to ensure high levels of client satisfaction. Collaborate with internal teams to achieve business objectives and improve overall performance. Analyze market trends and competitor activity to stay ahead in the industry. Build and maintain a strong network of contacts within the community to promote the bank's brand. Job Proven experience in relationship management and sales, preferably in the BFSI industry. Strong communication and interpersonal skills are essential for building rapport with clients and colleagues. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet sales targets consistently. Knowledge of financial products and services is required to provide expert advice to clients. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills are needed to analyze market trends and develop effective sales strategies. Experience working with small finance banks or similar institutions is preferred.
