The Opportunity: We, at Flywire, are seeking a Relationship Manager . The Relationship Manager will work with the Agent Partnerships Team in the execution of strategies and tactics designed to increase payer growth, support existing clients, improve retention, increase revenue, identify opportunities for improvement, provide accurate and timely issue resolution and assure clients ( Agents ) understand the value of Flywire Payment Solution. The Relationship Manager, Agent Partnerships will report to the Relationship Management Lead for their region in India. Work closely with the Relationship Management Lead for their region in the execution of strategies designed to increase agent utilization, retention and increase in revenue. Create strategic account plans for the allocated agents to maximize utilization and growth. Present products and services to agents in an informative, educational, and consultative manner. Provide support to existing agents, building close relationships and assisting with inquiries when required. Organize materials and attend events and expos representing Flywire. Work closely with the Sales Manager Agent Partnership on pipelines and handovers, on boarding new agents (f2f or virtual), and identifying new opportunities. Ensure and manage all CRM systems are accurate and up to date with activities.
