Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing customers through digital meetings, phone calls, emails, and WhatsApp.
Maintain a customer contact list and make daily calls to customers after obtaining approval from seniors.Act as the single point of contact for customers in your assigned territory for the African market, ensuring a high level of service quality and customer satisfaction.Gather information about each customers fleet, including the replacement history of undercarriages and regular spare parts purchases.Conduct internet searches to identify new customers in industries such as mining, road construction, cement, iron ore extraction, and machinery hire, focusing on spare parts for various heavy equipment.Prepare and manage sales quotations for inquiries, ensuring stock availability is confirmed.Develop and send proposals to introduce new product lines to customers based on their specific needs.Track and manage outstanding payments from customers, ensuring timely follow-up.Solicit and analyze customer feedback on products and services after each sale to improve service quality.Maintain and update customer databases on Zoho CRM software and track customer retention and revival data.Establish sales objectives by forecasting quarterly sales targets and projecting expected sales volume and profit for both existing and new clients.Own and exceed annual sales targets within your assigned territory and accounts for the African market.Partner with clients to understand their ongoing business needs and adjust strategies accordingly.
Education- Bachelors degree in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent; MBA preferred.
