We are currently looking for a motivated and dynamic Relationship Executive to join our team and contribute to our growth and success. As a Relationship Executive, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining strong relationships with clients, potential clients, and industry stakeholders. You will act as a liaison between the company and its clients, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction and addressing any inquiries or concerns. This role requires excellent communication skills, a customer-focused mindset, and a deep understanding of the real estate market. Role & responsibilities Client Engagement: Initiate and maintain relationships with clients to understand their needs and expectations, ensuring a personalized and high-quality service experience. Lead Generation: Identify and pursue new business opportunities through networking, referrals, and other channels to grow the client base. Market Research: Stay informed about market trends, property values, and competitor activity to provide clients with accurate and relevant information. Presentation Development: Create impactful PowerPoint presentations to showcase property listings, market analyses, and business proposals, effectively communicating value propositions to clients and stakeholders. Collaboration: Work closely with the sales team, marketing department, and other stakeholders to align strategies that enhance client relationships and drive sales. Contract Management: Assist clients with property transactions, including negotiations, contract review, and closing processes. Problem Resolution: Address client inquiries or complaints promptly, ensuring effective resolution and fostering client trust. Reporting: Maintain accurate records of client interactions, sales activities, and market trends, and provide regular reports to management. Community Participation: Represent the company at industry events, property shows, and networking functions to promote brand awareness and build professional relationships. Preferred candidate profile Graduate. Proven experience in real estate sales, customer service, or relationship management. Strong understanding of the real estate market and industry trends. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with an ability to build rapport with clients and stakeholders. Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software. Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with strong organizational and multitasking skills.
