Client Engagement: Serving as the primary point of contact for client inquiries and concerns. Organizing and participating in client meetings and presentations. Providing regular updates and reports on client service performance. Business Development: Identifying opportunities for cross-selling and upselling services. Generating new business and revenue opportunities. Contributing to the overall growth and profitability of the company. Internal Collaboration: Collaborating with internal teams (e.g., sales, customer service, product development) to ensure client needs are met. Coordinating with other departments to resolve client issues and improve service delivery. Performance Management: Tracking and reporting on client relationship metrics. Monitoring client satisfaction and implementing improvement initiatives. Achieving and exceeding sales targets.
