Roles and Responsibility Manage and oversee daily branch operations to ensure efficient customer service. Develop and implement strategies to enhance customer satisfaction and loyalty. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve business objectives. Analyze and resolve operational issues promptly. Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and internal policies. Foster a positive work environment and provide guidance to team members. Job Requirements Minimum 1 year of experience in the BFSI industry, preferably in affordable housing or housing loan operations. Strong knowledge of branch operations, customer service, and sales management. Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines. Proficiency in MS Office and other relevant software applications. Strong analytical and decision-making skills with attention to detail.
