Registrar - Interventional Radiology

ASTER DM HEALTHCARE LIMITED is looking for Registrar - Interventional Radiology to join our dynamic team and embark on a rewarding career journey. Clinical Expertise : Provide expert clinical care and diagnosis for patients with complex pulmonary conditions. Perform a range of interventional pulmonology procedures, including bronchoscopy, endobronchial ultrasound (EBUS), and thoracic ultrasound. Patient Evaluation : Conduct thorough patient assessments, including medical history, physical examinations, and review of diagnostic tests. Interpret imaging studies and other diagnostic findings. Treatment Planning : Develop and execute individualized treatment plans for patients, including minimally invasive procedures and surgical interventions. Coordinate with the multidisciplinary healthcare team to provide comprehensive patient care. Patient Education : Educate patients and their families on the nature of their condition, treatment options, and potential outcomes. Ensure informed consent is obtained before procedures. Research and Innovation : Stay current with the latest advancements in interventional pulmonology and pulmonary medicine. Participate in or lead research projects and clinical trials in the field. Quality Assurance : Ensure that all procedures and patient care practices adhere to quality and safety standards. Participate in quality improvement initiatives. Documentation : Maintain detailed and accurate patient records, including procedure notes, progress notes, and treatment plans. Document procedures and outcomes for research and clinical purposes. Education and Training : Contribute to the education and training of medical students, residents, and fellows in interventional pulmonology. Mentor and guide less experienced healthcare professionals.
