Job Details You will be responsible for delivery of designed training programs that will enhance the knowledge, skills, and performance of our employees. Also, to help us build a culture of learning and development within our organization. Role Expectations Induction - Virtual / Physical Refreshers Branch Visits for specific training requirement Working on employees who are on PIP RO Activation - minimum 1 disbursement in 90 days Monthly dashboards Behavioural Skills Strong knowledge of training techniques and adult learning principles. Excellent presentation and communication skills. Ability to adapt to different learning styles and deliver training in various formats. Knowledge 4+ years of experience in training and development Focus Areas Trainings Deliver training sessions in a variety of formats, such as Induction (both virtual / physical), refreshers, classroom training, online training, and one-on-one coaching. Ensuring 100% coverage of the targeted staff for all the trainings. Travelling Visting Branches for training delivery as per the business requirement. Conduct training needs analysis to identify gaps in employees' skills and knowledge. RO Activation Ensuring that minimum 1 disbursement is done by the trained ROs withing 90 days of joining. Data Management Keeping track records of all the trainings done, employees covered and share the same with the management as & when required.
