Handling customer complaints. Ensuring the sub-ordinate addressing the problem/complaints and providing of solution to customers. Maintaining strong relationships with customers, Service dealers. Assigning tasks to Engineers, service dealer throughout each workday that are based on CRM, Manpower availability and customer priority Auditing work and customer service to ensure the company s high standards, efficiency, and servicing goals to meet. Helping to train new engineers in company procedures, handling on product knowledge incl. Technical and applications. Excellent leadership, communication, and customer service skills. Computer literacy, good organizational skills and Strong creative thinking and problem-solving skills. Service revenue & collection. The ability to work under pressure and handle stress.
