Develop and execute business development goals to meet and/or exceed sales target for AsiaDevelop market and grow customer base to position the company’s products and servicesEngineered Systems Sales responsibility in region with primary focus on services sales.Account ownership of ongoing and supplemental business as well as renewals at existing client asset services sitesProactively position and close water services projects to potential customer base in the territoryUse multiple products and services to creatively solve customer problems and issuesSupport companies’ new products launch campaigns and gather market information for companies’ new developments.Participate in the operating rhythms necessary to support operations and growth in Asia.Strong focus on building strategic accounts, leveraging the breadth of the company to build executive level customer relationships, solutions, and loyalty.Work in a matrix environment, interfacing at various levels of functional groups throughout the organizationInterface with Product Marketing and other disciplines to leverage their expertise to create value proposition for customerDeliver results meeting goals on revenue and bookings, and fulfil other goals and objectives Join the global Xylem team to be a part of innovative technology solutions transforming water usage, conservation, and re-use.
