URGENT HIRING FOR - REGIONAL SALES MANAGER (Unsecured Loan PL/BL ) Preferred immediate joiner email - ganeshbahadur.thapa@white-force.in contact no. - 7415074707 Location - Ahmedabad and Baroda (Gujrat) Experience - 10 to 15 Years in Unsecured Loan PL/BL CTC - 12 LPA to 17 LPA Job Summary: The Regional Sales Manager (RSM) for Unsecured Loans (Personal Loans/Business Loans - PL/BL) is responsible for driving sales growth and achieving targets within a designated region. This role involves developing and executing sales strategies, managing a team of sales professionals, building strong relationships with channel partners, and ensuring compliance with company policies and regulatory guidelines. The RSM will be a key driver of business expansion and market penetration in the unsecured lending space. Key Responsibilities: 1. Sales Strategy & Execution: Develop and implement regional sales strategies to achieve and exceed assigned targets for PL/BL products. Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and regional demographics to identify growth opportunities. Set sales targets, monitor performance, and provide regular reports to senior management. Identify and cultivate new business opportunities through direct sales, channel partners, and other strategic initiatives. Ensure efficient lead generation and conversion processes. Drive digital sales initiatives and leverage technology to enhance sales effectiveness. 2. Team Management & Leadership: Recruit, train, and manage a high-performing team of sales professionals. Provide ongoing coaching, mentoring, and performance feedback to team members. Set clear performance expectations and conduct regular performance reviews. Motivate and inspire the team to achieve sales targets and maintain a positive work environment. Foster a culture of collaboration and knowledge sharing within the team. Resolve team conflicts and address performance issues promptly. 3. Channel Partner Management: Identify, recruit, and manage a network of channel partners (DSAs, brokers, etc.) to expand sales reach. Build and maintain strong relationships with channel partners, ensuring their understanding of product features and benefits. Provide training and support to channel partners to enhance their sales capabilities. Monitor channel partner performance and ensure compliance with agreements. Negotiate and manage channel partner agreements and commission structures. Expand the channel network in order to increase market penetration. 4. Credit & Risk Management: Ensure adherence to credit policies and procedures to minimize risk and maintain portfolio quality. Monitor loan approval rates and identify areas for improvement. Collaborate with credit and risk teams to streamline loan processing and improve turnaround times. Ensure that the sales team understands and complies with all regulatory requirements and company policies. Mitigate fraud risk by implementing robust verification procedures. 5. Customer Relationship Management: Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction throughout the loan application and disbursement process. Address customer inquiries and resolve complaints promptly and effectively. Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers. Gather customer feedback to improve product offerings and service delivery. 6. Reporting & Analysis: Prepare and submit regular sales reports, including performance metrics, market analysis, and competitor information. Analyze sales data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement. Provide accurate sales forecasts and projections to senior management. Track key performance indicators (KPIs) and implement corrective actions as needed. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in business administration, finance, or a related field (Master's degree preferred). Minimum of 8-10 years of experience in sales, preferably in the unsecured lending (PL/BL) industry. Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving business growth. Strong leadership and team management skills. Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. In-depth knowledge of unsecured loan products, credit policies, and regulatory requirements. Ability to analyze market trends and develop effective sales strategies. Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software. Strong understanding of digital lending and sales channels. Ability to travel extensively within the assigned region.
