Regional sales Head - Marmox Position Overview: We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Regional Sales Head with extensive experience in selling cement panels, cement blocks, and drywall products. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving sales growth, developing and executing regional sales strategies, managing relationships with key stakeholders, and overseeing a high-performing sales team. The Regional Sales Head will play a pivotal role in expanding market share, enhancing brand visibility, and achieving revenue targets within the region. Key Responsibilities: Lead and manage the regional sales team to achieve sales targets Develop and implement regional sales strategies, ensuring alignment with the companys overall goals and objectives. Identify and target key business opportunities within the region, including construction companies, contractors, distributors, and wholesalers. Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers, partners, and stakeholders to drive customer satisfaction and long-term business growth. Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to identify new opportunities and threats. Provide regular reports on sales performance, market trends, and forecasts to senior management. Work closely with the marketing team to develop promotional strategies and campaigns to enhance brand presence in the region. Ensure effective distribution channel management, ensuring product availability and timely delivery. Train, mentor, and develop the sales team to improve product knowledge, sales techniques, and performance. Collaborate with the product management team to communicate customer feedback, market requirements, and potential product innovations. Oversee budget management and ensure efficient use of resources in achieving sales goals. Qualifications and Experience: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Civil Engineering, or a related field. MBA is a plus. Minimum of five years of experience in sales leadership roles within the building materials or construction industry, specifically selling cement panels, cement blocks, or drywall products. Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets in the construction or building materials sector. Strong understanding of the regional construction market dynamics, customer needs, and competitor landscape. Excellent leadership, communication, and negotiation skills. Ability to build and maintain relationships with key clients, distributors, and other stakeholders. Strategic thinker with a hands-on approach to sales management and problem-solving. Proficiency in CRM software, Microsoft Office Suite, and sales analytics tools. Willingness to travel within the region as needed. Personal Attributes: Goal-oriented and results-driven.
