Role & responsibilities Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve regional sales targets. Identify, onboard, and manage dealers and distributors to expand the companys market presence. Visit Architects and potential end users. Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences to optimize sales strategies. Work closely with the marketing team to execute promotional activities and campaigns. Provide leadership, training, and support to the regional sales team. Prepare and present sales reports, forecasts, and performance metrics to senior management. Ensure customer satisfaction by addressing inquiries, concerns, and after-sales support. Travel within the region as required to meet with clients and partners. Preferred candidate profile Bachelor’s degree in Business, Sales, Marketing, or a related field. 5+ years of experience in sales management, preferably in the building materials or construction industry. Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets. Strong leadership, communication, and negotiation skills. Ability to analyze sales data and market trends to drive informed business decisions. Willingness to travel extensively within the assigned region. Strong connection with dealers and architects in the area.
