Job Purpose: Sales of STG from BLR for the Eastern Region (India) Steam Turbine Bid Estimation Management [all range of turbines from Bengaluru] Market Intelligence & Analysis, Reporting, Business Development Meeting Order booking targets with margins (as defined) Key Tasks & Responsibilities Tracking upcoming projects / enquiries followed by budgetary bid support. Presentations / meetings with customers. Introducing our USPs in upcoming tenders STG Sales, generating firm inquiries, providing right solutions to the customer, discuss with technical/ commercial and management level to close the deal Bid & Tender evaluation, bid preparation (budgetary), initiate and close Technical Bid Approval Form with Engineering, client engagement, discussions with consultant and client Communicate with Bid / engineering team on present / upcoming technology changes happening / expected to happen. Promptly and efficiently handing over orders to projects Timely assistance to Projects during execution of order which also includes collection of payment Additional Key Tasks & Responsibilities as per local requirements Interacting with MAN oversea offices for bid support / order conversion CRM Management Cross Functional Team Coordination Marketing information / case studies for any product development Company Specific Tasks & Responsibilities Steam Turbine Bid Management [all range of turbines from Bengaluru] Steam Turbine calculations & basic Heat and Mass Balance Diagrams Bid Estimation CRM Reporting
