Job Summary: Cleanfix Schevaran is a leading provider of innovative and high-performance cleaning solutions, committed to delivering excellence through advanced technology and superior customer service. We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Regional Sales Manager (RSM) to drive revenue growth, expand market presence, and lead high-performing sales teams across the region. Roles and Responsibilities 1. Sales Strategy and Planning: Develop and implement comprehensive sales strategies to achieve company goals and objectives. Analyze market trends and customer needs to identify new opportunities for growth. Collaborate with the Sales team to set sales targets and align strategies with overall business objectives. 2. Key Account Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with key accounts and strategic partners. Work closely with the sales team to identify and pursue new business opportunities within existing accounts. Monitor customer satisfaction and address any issues or concerns promptly. 3. Sales Performance Analysis: Track and analyze sales metrics to evaluate performance and identify areas for improvement. Prepare regular reports for senior management detailing sales results, trends, and forecasts. 4. Market Expansion: Identify and evaluate new markets and channels for business expansion. Develop and execute plans to penetrate new markets and increase Cleanfix market share. 5. Collaboration: Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, product development, service team and customer support, to ensure a seamless customer experience. Provide valuable input to product development based on customer feedback and market trends. Skills and Expertise: Proven experience in sales management, with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets. Strong leadership and team management skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Demonstrated ability to develop and implement successful sales strategies. Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret sales data and make informed decisions. Experience in the cleaning machine / automobile or relevant industry. Education: Bachelor's degree in Business, MBA or BE 8+ years of experience in sales management.
