Role & responsibilities The ideal candidate is a self-motivated, well organized individual with an urge to excel. To drive and grow business in the existing and new areas in the allocated region through: Identifying new projects and carry out prospecting with a pro-active approach Understanding the customer's requirement for preparation and submission of Proposals Order negotiation, finalisation and payment realisation Obtain Customer's feedback & Strive to reach the desired Customer's satisfaction levels Achieving Periodic business targets Market intelligence,MIS reporting Maintain healthy relationship with all the stakeholders in the Road Sector/Infra industry Mentor team members for achieving the individual and team's objectives Preferred candidate profile Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical/Civil branch. MBA will be an added advantage. 5 to 10 years experience in selling Road/Infra sector related/ Industrial/ Construction/Engineering Products Must be self-motivated,focussed,result oriented,with a winning mind set Must be willing to travel extensively in the allocated region Computer literacy Perks and benefits Commensurate with the experience and the skill-set of the candidate.
