Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Regional Sales Manager to lead our Mumbai branch, drive revenue growth, and manage a high-performing sales and technical team. The ideal candidate has strong experience in selling data security or backup solutions to corporate clients in Mumbai.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the Mumbai branch and ensure profitability.
• Build and lead a sales and technical team.
• Identify, pitch, and close deals in the SMB and Enterprise segments.
• Maintain strong relationships with OEMs, customers, and internal teams.
• Sell IT security and data backup solutions to corporate clients in Mumbai.
• Achieve monthly, quarterly, and yearly sales and meeting targets.
• Handle client-facing responsibilities with professionalism.

Required Skills & Experience

• Minimum 5 years’ experience in selling cybersecurity or data backup solutions to corporate customers in Mumbai.
• Strong understanding of IT Security solutions: Endpoint, Networking, Data Security, DLP, Backup, NGF, MDM, Helpdesk, Asset Management, etc.
• Must have led a team for at least 3 years.
• Ability to work under pressure, meet deadlines, and deliver excellent customer service.
• Capable of working independently with clear accountability.
