Basic Responsibilities

·      Develop and execute sales strategies to meet and exceed sales targets.

·      Identify new business opportunities and manage existing client relationships.

·      Regularly visit customers and prospects to understand their needs and present suitable products.

·      Prepare and deliver technical presentations to showcase product capabilities.

·      Collaborate with the marketing team to execute campaigns and generate leads.

·      Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and forecasts in CRM.



Essential Requirements

·      Proven experience of 5-8 years in sales, preferably in lab testing instruments or similar industries.

·      Strong knowledge of the sales process, from lead generation to closing deals.

·      Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.

·      Ability to manage a team and drive them to achieve individual and collective sales goals.

·      Technical aptitude to understand and explain the applications of testing instruments.

·      Proficiency in CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce) and Microsoft Office Suite.

·      Willingness to travel extensively within the assigned region.



Bonus Skills and Attributes

·      Prior experience working in the manufacturing or industrial equipment industry.

·      Established network within industries like packaging, automotive, or textiles.

·      Familiarity with ISO standards and regulatory requirements for testing instruments.

·      Strong analytical skills to interpret market trends and customer feedback.

·      Ability to design and implement strategic initiatives to expand market share.

·      Experience in conducting product training sessions for customers and internal teams.
