Job Description

As a Sales Manager at SPNP Pharmaceuticals Pvt Ltd, your primary role will be to achieve growth and hit sales targets by effectively managing the sales team. You will be responsible for designing and implementing a strategic business plan to expand the company's customer base in Lucknow and launch operations in central and western UP. Your success will rely on your ability to build and maintain strong relationships with doctors, establish a strong team, and drive sales volume. Key Responsibilities: - Achieve growth and hit sales targets through effective management of the sales team - Design and implement a strategic business plan to expand the customer base and ensure a strong company presence - Recruit, set objectives, coach, and monitor the performance of sales representatives - Build long-lasting customer relationships by understanding their needs and partnering with them - Present sales, revenue, and expense reports along with realistic forecasts to the management team - Identify emerging markets, market shifts, new products, and competition status - Drive the sales process from planning to closure - Demonstrate strong business acumen and industry expertise - Provide mentoring, training, and people management - Monitor tour plans, deviations, and ensure effective joint fieldwork - Implement promotional strategies, utilize inputs, and suggest territory improvements - Ensure effective distribution through proper stockist management, operations, strategies, and inputs Qualifications Required: - Bachelor's degree - 10 years of experience in pharmaceutical sales - Fluency in English and Hindi Additional Details: - Age Criteria: 35 to 45 years - Area Covering: Delhi & NCR - Job Type: Full-time, Regular/Permanent - Salary Range: INR 50,000.00 - 80,000.00 per month - Benefits: Leave encashment, paid sick time, cell phone reimbursement, health insurance, provident fund - Schedule: Day shift, Morning shift - Performance Bonus: Quarterly and yearly - Application Questions: Current CTC, Expected CTC, Expectations from Management, Ideal job description, Conflict management approach, Sales team performance monitoring, Handling underperforming senior employees If you are interested in this position, please contact the employer at sales.spnp.pharma@gmail.com.
