Job Description

Role & responsibilities Role & responsibilities: Should have experience working in pigment industry (mandatory) Extensive travel required across PAN India to meet clients/new lead generation. Create and implement sales and marketing strategies to enhance business growth. Develop, Monitor and control distribution network. Monitor the activities of sales teams to achieve sales objectives. Capture new markets through effective sales drive. Retain existing market share through quality services and relationships. Forecast sales target. Set targets for sales and marketing teams Analyze and evaluate business marketing key metrics. Create and develop business-to-business selling logistics. Provide daily support to the sales force. Build customer relationships through effective contacts. Develop customer engagement strategies. Resolve customer issues and respond to customer enquiries. Create innovative ways to attract and capture customers. Manage and monitor day-to-day business operations. Making of marketing budget & operate within the budget limits. Assist and support accounts receivable teams in achieving collection objectives. Prepare annual plan, financial statements and reports for the management. Analyze, evaluate and deliver performance reports. Co-ordinate with the Ad people and timely execution of planned activities for digital marketing. Monitor competitor products and assess own performance. Study and analyze marketing trends for own products or services. Study and analyze competitor selling strategies. Guide and direct on product development processes. Develop logistics for commercial viability of products. Working closely with factory for new product development Conduct marketing conferences, trade shows and corporate events. Document and provide marketing information to sales team and top management. Preferred candidate profile Any Graduate, BMS, MBA, DMM, BBA or Equivalent/ Minimum Diploma in Management Required. MBA / Diploma in Sales or Marketing. Sales background is a must, excellent oral communication skill, Male / Female candidates Should be Excellent in Communication with fluency in English (Oral & Written). Should be Aggressive. Should have excellent presentation skills, Interpersonal skill and negotiation skill. Should be able to build rapport with client, source project. Should be Team Player & Focused.
