Job Description

As an RSM at this company, your role involves driving sales growth, managing distributors, leading the sales team, and expanding market presence across South. Key Responsibilities: - Develop and execute sales strategies for the RJ. - Appoint and manage distributors, super stockists, and channel partners. - Lead, train, and monitor Area Sales Managers and Sales Officers. - Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets. - Ensure market coverage, product availability, and visibility. - Track competitor activities and provide market insights. - Conduct regular market visits and review team performance. - Ensure timely reporting, sales planning, and forecasting. Qualifications: - Graduate preferred. - 10 years of FMCG sales experience, including team handling. - Knowledge of Andhra Pradesh market is mandatory.
