Role & responsibilities Key Responsibilities: Lead and grow sales for flexible packaging and insulation products in the assigned territory. Identify new business opportunities across industries such as FMCG, food, pharma, and other manufacturing sectors. Develop strong relationships with converters, end-users, and supply chain partners. Manage the complete sales cycle: lead generation, technical discussion, pricing, negotiation, and deal closure. Meet and exceed monthly/quarterly/annual sales targets. Provide market insights, competitor analysis, and strategic recommendations to management. Coordinate with production, logistics, and customer service for smooth order execution. Frequent travel across Noida and Uttar Pradesh to develop and maintain client relations. Candidate Profile: Graduate in any discipline (MBA preferred). 612 years of experience in Flexible Packaging Sales . Strong network of clients in food packaging, FMCG, pharma, or industrial packaging sectors. Proven track record of achieving sales targets in a competitive market. Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. Based in Noida or willing to relocate. Willing to travel extensively within the region.
