Job Description

Job Title: Regional sales Manager (B2B Sales)

Department: Instituitions
Reports to: ZSM West

Job Purpose

To develop Business Development strategy for Corporate/ government clients.

Key Responsibilities

Engage with Institutional/Corporate clients and manage corporate distribution/sales
• Manage direct selling to drive revenue growth • Achieve Annual Sales Targets as per the Annual Business Plan (ABP) • Ensure margin percentage is maintained as per ABP • Onboard new customers as per budget • Achieve targeted customer retention rate • Identify market opportunities and develop new client relationships and accounts • Expand existing client relationships and address deeper client needs • Independently engage with top management/decision-makers of prospective and existing clients • Drive relationship management and brand-building initiatives to enhance visibility and goodwill • Strategically plan and execute initiatives across various cities within the Zone • Handle Channel Partners (DSAs) and agencies for smooth business operations • Track client payments and ensure no outstanding dues • Monitor and forecast sales; maintain accurate sales pipeline data • Generate new business and ensure retention of existing customers
