Job description Location - Ahmedabad Ready to relocate, Can be consider Responsibilities: 1. Develop and implement sales strategies to promote and sell hospital medical devices, specifically focusing on endoscopy equipment, surgical display systems, laparoscopy devices, and FHD cameras. 2. Identify and target potential clients, including hospitals, clinics, and healthcare institutions, to generate new leads and expand the customer base. 3. Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty. 4. Conduct market research to identify customer needs, market trends, and competitor analysis to develop effective sales approaches. 5. Collaborate with the marketing team to create impactful promotional materials, product presentations, and sales pitches. 6. Attend medical conferences, trade shows, and industry events to showcase medical devices and generate new business opportunities. 7. Prepare and deliver technical product demonstrations to healthcare professionals, highlighting the features, benefits, and applications of the medical devices. 8. Provide accurate and timely sales forecasts, reports, and analyses to the management team. 9. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including customer service, product development, and operations, to ensure smooth order processing, delivery, and customer support. 10. Keep abreast of the latest advancements in medical devices, industry regulations, and emerging trends that may impact the sales of hospital medical devices. Requirements: 1. Bachelor's degree in Biomedical Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field. 2. 5 to 10 years of experience in sales of hospital medical devices, specifically endoscopy equipment, surgical display systems, laparoscopy devices, and FHD cameras. 3. Proven track record in achieving sales targets and generating new business opportunities. 4. In-depth knowledge of hospital medical devices, their functionality, and applications. 5. Strong understanding of the healthcare industry, including hospitals, clinics, and healthcare institutions in Mumbai. 6. Excellent communication and presentation skills to effectively articulate the technical aspects and benefits of medical devices. 7. Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with clients, providing exceptional customer service. 8. Proficient in using CRM software and other sales tools to track leads, opportunities, and activities. 9. Highly motivated, result-oriented, and ability to work independently as well as in a team. 10.
