The ideal candidate will prospect and close sales leads to help generate revenue for the company. They will also be responsible for developing, implementing, and evaluating the sales strategy of Govt tender .They will have strong management and coaching skills to support the learning and development of the sales team. Responsibilities 100% Achievement of govt sales reagent target the allocated area. 100% Achievement of govt sales target in the allocated region. payment Collection against billing of the invoice value as per terms of agreement/ tender. refund of security deposit against awarded tenders on completion of supplies/terms mentioned in the agreement. daily report of field activity. ensure growth in the allocated zone . Qualifications Experience managing sales teams and Gem portal tender of govt .Experience generate and maintaining relationships with sales lead sExcellent written and verbal communication skill sminimum 4 to 6 years of experience dealing with govt tender activity on Gem and other sites .purely manage and ensure tender of govt over portal .
