Job Description

Roles and Responsibilities

Manage a team of sales professionals to achieve regional sales targets through effective communication, leadership, and strategic planning.
Develop and execute sales plans to penetrate new accounts, expand existing relationships, and increase revenue growth in the region.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams (pre-sales, marketing) to identify opportunities for Apple, Non-Apple, Accessories, Solution sales and provide technical expertise on IT hardware products.
Analyze market trends, competitor activity, and customer needs to inform strategic decisions and optimize sales performance.
Ensure timely reporting on key metrics such as forecasts, pipeline management, and customer satisfaction.

Desired Candidate Profile

8-10 years of experience in B2B sales or similar role with a focus on Apple & Non-Apple IT hardware sales and enterprise solutions.
Proven track record of achieving significant revenue growth through successful account development and relationship building.
Strong understanding of Apple Enterprise Sales principles and ability to leverage this knowledge for strategic advantage.
Excellent communication skills with the ability to articulate complex technical information into compelling value propositions.
