Role & responsibilities 1. Design and implement a strategic business plan that expands company customer base and ensure its strong presence in Punjab and Haryana . 2. Achieve growth and hit sales targets by successfully managing the sales team. 3. Present sales, revenue and expenses reports and realistic forecasts to the management team. 4. Build and promote strong, long-lasting customer relationships by partnering with them and understanding their needs. Preferred candidate profile 1.Strong passion and knowledge of Biologicals is a MUST. 2. Experience in Sales & Business development of Bio Pesticides / Bio Fertilizers/ Bio Insecticides etc is a MUST 3.Excellent verbal and written communication skills. 4.Strong leadership and team building skills. 5. Strong business sense and industry expertise. Job Location : This job involves Sales & BD in Punjab & Haryana and hence candidates residing at nearby areas are preferred as they can manage daily travel & other operations effectively. This is a field job and requires reporting to HQ at Pune, once or twice in a month .
