Job Title: Regional Manager Solar Sales Department: Sunstore (AEREM Group Company) Reports To: Demand Head Job Summary: We are looking for a Regional Manager – Solar Sales with proven experience in selling solar products to EPC companies. This role is ideal for someone who: - Has deep expertise in solar sales and an extensive network in the EPC industry - Can set up and scale the regional sales structure from scratch - Has a strong track record in selling solar panels, inverters, BOS, and batteries - Understands the EPC sales cycle and how to penetrate the market effectively - Can hire, train, and lead a high-performance sales team - Wants to grow rapidly in a leadership role with high earning potential This role is ONLY for candidates with prior solar sales experience in the EPC sector. If you do not have this experience, this role is NOT for you. Key Responsibilities: Develop and execute regional sales strategies targeting EPC companies Leverage existing EPC industry contacts to generate leads and close deals Identify and capture new business opportunities in the solar sector Cross-sell & upsell solar products to maximize revenue Stay updated on solar industry trends, policies, and competitive landscape Understand the EPC procurement process and tailor sales strategies accordingly Hire, train, and manage a high-performance sales team Set KPIs and ensure the team meets sales targets Establish efficient sales processes and reporting structures Drive market penetration strategies to expand reach and revenue What We’re Looking For: Solar Sales Experts Only: Minimum 1+ years of experience selling solar products to EPC companies Strong Industry Network: Well-connected in the EPC business model Proven Sales Achiever: Strong track record of hitting and exceeding targets Negotiation & Communication Pro: Can confidently close large EPC deals Entrepreneurial & High-Energy: Ability to set up and scale operations from scratch Market & Policy Aware: Deep understanding of solar industry trends, regulations, and competition Why Join Us?
