Regional Sales Manager

As a Regional Sales Manager in the South for Track & Trace Solutions, Pharma SAAS, and Vision Solutions, your role will involve driving sales in the pharmaceutical sector by achieving annual targets through strategic planning and execution. You will be responsible for building and managing relationships with key accounts, hunting for new logos, and acquiring competitor accounts. Additionally, you will conduct field visits to pharmaceutical companies across South India (approximately 70% travel) and work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure timely project delivery and customer satisfaction. It is essential to maintain accurate records and updates in CRM systems, preferably Salesforce. Key Responsibilities: - Drive sales of Track & Trace, Vision Solutions, and related offerings in the pharmaceutical sector. - Achieve annual sales targets of 10 Crore+ through strategic planning and execution. - Build and manage relationships with key accounts. - Hunt for new logos and acquire competitor accounts. - Conduct field visits to pharmaceutical companies across South India. - Work closely with cross-functional teams for timely project delivery and customer satisfaction. - Maintain accurate records and updates in CRM systems, preferably Salesforce. Qualifications Required: - Must be based in Hyderabad. - Hold an engineering degree in Computer Science, IT, Electronics, Optics, or related fields. - Possess a minimum of 8 years of experience, preferably in pharmaceutical industry solutions. - An MBA is an added advantage. - Strong pharmaceutical industry network, particularly with mid-to-senior management in South India. - Relationships with Pharma Companies. - Proven track record in sales of 10 Cr+ annually, preferably in Track & Trace projects, Vision systems, secondary pharma packaging machinery, and software solutions. - Fluent in Telugu and English (other languages are a plus). - Must own a vehicle and be open to extensive field travel. - Hands-on experience with CRM tools like Salesforce is a plus.,
