Position Details: Location: Hyderabad, Chennai, or Bengaluru Experience: 7+ years Qualification: Bachelor’s in Business, Life Sciences, or Engineering (MBA preferred) Salary: Best in Industry Industry: Medical Devices | Surgical Instruments Job Overview – Key Responsibilities Sales Execution & Target Achievement – Drive revenue growth (15-20% YoY) and scale up market penetration Team Leadership & Development – Recruit, mentor, and manage a high-performing sales team Market Expansion & New Business Development – Identify opportunities and build strategic partnerships Pipeline & Forecast Management – Track sales pipeline, inventory turnover, and business projections Customer & Key Account Management – Strengthen relationships with hospitals, distributors, and stakeholders Data-Driven Decision-Making – Optimize processes using CRM tools (Salesforce preferred) Desired Skills & Competencies Experience in managing revenue of 15 Cr+ in medical devices Strong expertise in sales of Medical Devices, Urology, Laparoscopy, Arthroscopy (Knee, Shoulder, Hip, etc.) Proven track record in scaling up business & excelling in sales metrics Strong leadership, negotiation, and relationship-building skills Exposure to tender & government procurement processes Experience in new market development & product launches This is a high-impact leadership role offering the opportunity to shape market expansion and lead a dynamic sales team in a rapidly evolving industry.
