About Us

Spectrum Solar Power is a trusted renewable energy company delivering high-quality solar solutions for residential, commercial, and industrial clients across Kerala. We are looking for a skilled and energetic Regional Sales Executive to manage and grow our business in the Calicut region.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement sales plans to achieve regional targets.
• Generate leads through field visits, market research, and networking.
• Meet potential clients, understand their requirements, and recommend suitable solar solutions.
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships across the region.
• Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and business opportunities.
• Coordinate with technical, operations, and service teams for project execution.
• Prepare daily and monthly sales reports and submit updates to management.
• Ensure timely follow-ups and close sales effectively.
• Handle customer queries and ensure high satisfaction levels.

Candidate Requirements

• Qualification: Plus Two, Diploma, or Degree in any discipline.
• Experience: 1 to 3 years in sales; solar or electrical industry experience preferred.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• Must be target-driven and result-oriented.
• Willingness to travel across the Calicut region for client meetings.
• Good knowledge of the local market is an added advantage.
