Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role based in Hosur for a Regional Sales Executive. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and executing sales strategies, managing client relationships, identifying business opportunities, and achieving sales targets. Additional responsibilities include market research, providing product knowledge to customers, and collaborating with the sales team to drive regional growth.

Qualifications

• Strong sales, negotiation, and relationship management skills
• Expertise in market research, business development, and target achievement
• Knowledge of agricultural products and familiarity with agro-based industries
• Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
• Proficiency in using sales and CRM tools is preferred
• Proactive attitude, ability to work independently, and strong problem-solving abilities
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Agriculture, Marketing, or a related field
• Prior experience in a sales or business development role is an advantage
