The Role

Regional Retail Head

P&L, expansion, and performance

If you’ve scaled branches, QSRs, or retail networks in emerging cities and love running high-accountability teams — this role is for you.

What You’ll Do

• Lead the 

  regional retail network

   – from new store launches to steady-state profitability.
• Drive 

  sales growth, cost control, and operational excellence

• Build & mentor a high-performing team of Area and Store Managers.
• Identify and onboard 

  new FOFO partners and retail locations

  .
• Run 

  local activation campaigns

   (health camps, clinic tie-ups, community marketing).
• Ensure 

  standardized customer experience

   across every Isomeds outlet.

What We’re Looking For

• 8–15 years in 

  retail operations / area management / business development

• Experience with 

  multi-unit retail or healthcare / FMCG / BFSI / QSR

   formats
• Proven ability to run P&Ls, manage teams, and build local partnerships
• Process-driven, entrepreneurial, and execution-focused
• Comfort working in 

  Tier 2–3 markets

   and scaling from the ground up
