We're looking for a driven and dynamic Regional Optometry Manager to lead and elevate eye care excellence across our Delhi/NCR region. 👁️‍🗨️ Key Responsibilities: Lead and inspire a team of optometrists across multiple locations Ensure clinical quality standards and customer service benchmarks are met Conduct regular audits and identify opportunities for continuous improvement Drive staff development through ongoing training and mentorship Collaborate with regional and national leadership to align goals and strategy ✅ What We’re Looking For: Bachelor’s or Master’s in Optometry (M.Optom preferred) Minimum 5–7 years in retail optometry , with 2+ years in a leadership role Strong interpersonal skills , fluent in English Willingness to travel within the Delhi/NCR region Experience in optical retail chains or multi-location operations is a big plus 💼 Why Join Us?
