Position Overview

Regional Manager

Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee and manage all regional operations, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and performance targets.
  • Drive business development initiatives, including government and corporate skilling projects, institutional tie-ups, and new center acquisitions.
  • Monitor and ensure quality delivery of training programs across partner and company-operated centers.
  • Lead, motivate, and mentor teams to achieve performance metrics and operational excellence.
  • Coordinate with central teams for project implementation, reporting, and compliance.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with government bodies, industry partners, and key stakeholders.
  • Analyze regional performance data to identify growth opportunities and address operational challenges.
  • Ensure adherence to statutory and contractual requirements related to skilling projects.

Required Skills & Competencies

  • Strong understanding of the skilling and vocational training ecosystem (NSDC, PMKVY, DDU-GKY, CSR, etc.)
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills
  • Leadership and team management capabilities
  • Data-driven decision-making and problem-solving skills
  • Demonstrated expertise in MS Office and modern reporting & presentation tools for effective data-driven communication

Qualifications

  • Graduate / Postgraduate in Business Management, Education, or related field
  • 5–10 years of relevant experience in the

    Skilling / Training / Education

    sector, with at least 2 - 3 years in a regional or managerial capacity
