SUMMARY Job Title: Regional Sales Manager Location: Kolkata Qualifications: Graduation/Post-Graduation Experience: Minimum 10-12 years Preferred Industry Experience: Tiles Preferred Skills: Channel sales, Retail Sales, Team Handling Responsibilities: Generate sales in the assigned territory of the respective business segment vertical/channel and be accountable for the overall performance of the assigned geography. Plan and implement a comprehensive sales plan for the assigned territory contributing towards revenue and profit achievements. Establish and build sustainable relationships with Nitco customers and partners. Ensure effective utilization of CRM tool. Work in close coordination with the marketing team regarding promotion, product launches, etc. Provide market and competitor information to Territory Manager, Country Sales Manager & Marketing team. Conduct business in line with applicable laws and regulations, as well as with global and local policies & procedures and the company’s code of conduct. Generate opportunities for cross-divisional sales. Requirements Minimum 10-12 years of experience in sales. Proven track record in channel sales and retail sales. Strong leadership and team management skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities. Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. Knowledge of CRM tools and sales management software is a plus.
