Job Description

Therapy Area

To manage a team of 2 to 5 TMs to achieve their territory targets thus achieving the regional targets consistently.
To meet the targeted number of customers, stockists and chemists.
To maintain retail order sales thus ensuring timeliness of supply and product availability
To ensure that the collections are made on a timely basis
To supervise and guide each TM through proper Induction and hand holding from time to time by conducting On the job Training.
To monitor the working and sales performance of TMs in terms of their Customer list, Product knowledge, Coverage, achievement etc. with the help of tools like feedback from each TM, infinity, personal contacts, etc.
To ensure zero vacancy in the region by referring quality candidates for the selection process.
To create and harness relationships with various customers and ensure timely resolution of queries
To become a link between the TM and the ZSM.
