Key Responsibilities: - **Strategic Planning: ** Develop and implement regional marketing strategies aligned with university goals to enhance brand visibility and attract prospective students. - **Market Research: ** Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and student demographics to identify opportunities for growth and program enhancement. - **Campaign Management: ** Design and execute marketing campaigns across various channels (digital, print, events) to engage target audiences and increase enrolment. - **Partnership Development: ** Cultivate and maintain relationships with schools, colleges, and educational organizations to promote the universitys programs and initiatives. - **Event Coordination: ** Organize and manage promotional events, workshops, and open houses to showcase the university’s offerings and connect with prospective students. - **Budget Management: ** Oversee the regional marketing budget, ensuring effective allocation of resources to maximize ROI. - **Team Leadership: ** Lead and mentor the regional marketing team, fostering a collaborative environment and ensuring alignment with overall marketing objectives. - **Reporting and Analysis: ** Monitor and analyze the effectiveness of marketing initiatives, providing regular reports to senior management and making data-driven recommendations for improvement. Qualifications: - Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field; Master’s degree preferred. - 5+ years of experience in marketing, with a focus on education or related sectors. - Proven track record in developing and executing successful marketing strategies. - Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and market insights. - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships at all levels. - Proficiency in digital marketing tools and platforms, including social media, SEO, and email marketing. - Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
