Roles and Responsibilities: Regional E-commerce Leadership: Manage and oversee e-commerce operations across India, Malaysia, Singapore, Vietnam, Indonesia and other markets ensuring consistency in brand messaging and performance. Digital Strategy Development: Develop and implement innovative e-commerce strategies that drive traffic, enhance conversion rates, and boost revenue for both B2B and B2C channels. Marketing & Advertising: Leverage your marketing expertise to plan and execute digital marketing campaigns, including content marketing, SEO, SEM, email marketing, and social media initiatives. Platform Optimization: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance website performance, user experience, and content quality to maximize online sales. Data-Driven Decision Making: Utilize analytics and KPIs to monitor e-commerce performance, identify growth opportunities, and optimize digital channels. Local Market Adaptation: Tailor e-commerce strategies to the unique needs of each regional market while upholding global brand consistency. Team Management: Lead, mentor, and inspire a diverse team of digital professionals, fostering a collaborative environment that drives excellence. Vendor & Partner Management: Develop and maintain strategic relationships with third-party platforms, digital agencies, and technology providers to enhance our e-commerce capabilities. Requirements: Education: Bachelors degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field from a Tier 1 university; an advanced degree is a plus. Experience: 10+ years of experience in e-commerce, digital marketing, or online retail management. At least 3+ years in a leadership role with management experience at a good consumer goods company Marketing Expertise: Demonstrated expertise in digital marketing, with a deep understanding of online consumer behavior, digital advertising, and performance analytics. Leadership Skills: Exceptional leadership and team management skills with a history of inspiring high-performing digital teams. Analytical Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a data-driven approach to strategic decision-making. Communication: Excellent English verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate across diverse teams and manage multiple stakeholders. Adaptability: Ability to adapt global strategies to meet local market demands while maintaining brand integrity.
