Role Description

This is an on-site, full-time role for a Regional Manager based in the Greater Kolkata Area. The Regional Manager will oversee daily operations, coordinate with various departments, supervise regional staff, and ensure that business goals are met. Responsibilities also include developing strategies to improve efficiency, managing budgets, and driving regional sales. The Regional Manager will represent NxtWave in the region to build relationships with educational institutions, industry partners, and local communities.
