Job Description

This position is responsible for managing a team of relationship managers to achieve client and revenue retention targets within an assigned territory or team. You will lead a team of Account Managers that handle relationships with the company's trading accounts. Your primary responsibilities include growing overall revenues and volumes on LSEG FX Venues, establishing scalable processes for a smooth client experience, engaging with key clients to promote the vision of trading at LSEG FX, identifying opportunities for revenue growth, and ensuring customer satisfaction. Additionally, you will onboard new clients to the platform and work towards achieving defined team targets for volume and client retention. To excel in this role, you should have experience in Relationship Management, Sales, or Operations within the financial markets. The ideal candidate will be a highly professional, self-motivated individual with a proven track record in team management and exceeding targets. Key competencies required for this role include Team Management, Relationship Management, and Client Services. Strong communication, presentation, interpersonal, analytical, and problem-solving skills are essential for success. As a mid-level professional, you are expected to have knowledge in a technical subject area or specialization and be focused on building experience in your specialist function. You should have a good understanding of the roles of relevant functional groups within your area and be able to suggest process improvements based on investigative, analytic, or diagnostic services. In this role, you will lead straightforward projects and associated teams, provide input to department objectives and goals, manage team time and responsibilities, and participate in sophisticated projects that impact a Business Unit or regional area. You will also be involved in training and mentoring colleagues to support their professional development.
