Department - Sales & Marketing Reports to - GM- Industrial Sales Responsibilities: Sales Management Meet/exceed Quarterly revenue targets for the assigned territory Team and the leader should generate leads and drive those in the qualified funnel to Order booking & ensure timely execution Payment collections- Advances and balance payments on time as per agreed terms. Follow up internally in the company for pending enquiries, pending document submission, pending order execution and coordinate at Customer end - thus provide superior service to our customers. Collect Market intelligence, regularly analyse competitor activities and dynamically manage our strategies. Ensure customer Loyalty, repeat purchases, AMC enrollment etc. Team Management Build a strong Team Manage Team by guiding them where necessary,Joint workings, monitoring via scehdueld weekly and monthly Funnel reviews, improving productivity and performance on a daily basis Business Development: New customer additions. Product presentations, email contacts, participation in exhibitions/ conferences as appropriate. Education and Must Have competencies : B. Tech or BE/ M.Sc ( Mech/Chemical/ BIO Tech/ Environmental Streams) 10 years experience in reputed Company, selling Equipments/O&M/EPC in the Waste Water Treatment domain. ETP/STP Should possess good relationships with end customers in different Industries. Should have managed Location and one or more States in South India Should have handled revenue targets upwards of Rs 25 crores Directly accountable for Sales and Collection targets Should have managed a Team of 3or more Sales people. Technical Skills required: Basic of where our product portfiolio can fit in and be beneficial Reviewing General Arrangement drawing, client enquiry, tender specs etc.. Provide technical support to the clients against their queries. Coordinate with Design, Production & Quality Department for smooth execution of Order and Communicating same to the client. Proficient in the use of XLS, PowerPoint, Word Familiarity with CRM tools Fluency in English, Hindi, Tamil, Telugu . Location - Karnataka .
