Role & r Responsible for conceptualizing and implementing strategic plan to steer profitability and productivity of the region Conduct regular and detailed business reviews with Area Managers and Cluster Managers to ensure the business strategies are executed as per plan Responsible for achievement of the monthly/quarterly/annually revenue targets Manage and support effective deployment of branch staffs with respective to the geographical area, explore new markets and locations for setting up new branches Ensure implementation of promotional plans and contests and suggesting new and innovative promotion plan for the region Recruit and retain high performers Ensure goals, development plan discussions, ongoing coaching and feedback are carried out in time and in an effective manner. Develop strong working relationship with potential clients for new business opportunities within the assigned area. Analyze capital budget and expenses to find opportunities for cost-effectiveness and profitability. Perform market research to study customer behavior, latest trends and competitor activity. Evaluate existing business procedures and recommend improvements. Responsible for the administrative and operational functions at the region Maintaining punctuality, discipline and high level of morality in tune with the ethics & values of ICL.
