Key Responsibilities

Manage and monitor First Mile operations across assigned regions

Ensure on-time pickups, route planning, and vehicle scheduling
Drive daily operational KPIs Pickup TAT, Bag Closure, Exceptions, Vehicle Utilization
Manage and govern regional transport partners
Ensure process adherence, SOP implementation, and compliance across hubs
Analyze operational data and publish regional MIS & performance dashboards
Lead productivity improvement, cost control, and issue resolution
Coordinate with Hub Operations, Central Ops, Planning & Transport teams
Conduct audits, documentation checks, and ensure safety compliance
Drive continuous improvement projects and operational excellence

Required Skills

Strong understanding of First Mile / Middle Mile / Transport Operations
Experience managing large teams and regional operations
Excellent analytical, communication, and leadership skills
Proficient in Excel, MIS reporting & operational tools
Ability to manage high-volume, fast-paced environments

Qualification

Bachelors degree , & (MBA preferred)
1015 years of experience in Supply Chain / Logistics / First Mile Operations
